This hotel was great value as opposed to other options. The food was amazing, service was excellent and the view was incredible. The beach was unspoiled. The room was extremely pleasant and vibrant, the bed was really nice. Pleasant bar and very enthusiastic staff. Very good facilities and the pool was lovely;))

The property was exceptionally clean and handy, had terrific location and staff. Room was great value. Fantastic views over marina. Friendliness from the whole staff. It's near the beach. Loved to hang out in the centre, it's not too far from the hotel.

As for me, the area was uncomfortable.

It made my trip to Puerto Vallarta a good experience. Marvellous and spotless place, everything was lovely. Large bedrooms and a great-sized bathroom. Glad that the weather was beautiful, so I could enjoy its excellent pool. There were fine internet and overnight parking available.

Great value, a peaceful location. The room was newly decorated, the staff were COURTEOUS. Extraordinary place with outstanding service too. Also, I loved how prime the location was.

A wide range of different restaurants and bars to eat outside the hotel. Good value, we would definitely come back there.

Staff and facilities of the hotel were EXCELLENT. Appreciated that they had onsite restaurant Capers, no need to go somewhere else.
